OUR FRAMES…
We manufacture and use individually picked quarter sawn white oak moldings and after a sanding process we use 2 coats of our special stain, after drying thoroughly we hand wax the molding to finish it in the original traditional method of mission furniture.
We use only the finest pieces of quarter-sawn white oak that has its natural striations showing the beautiful flakes against the natural oak wood grain.
Our frames are 3 inches wide and ¾ inch high with a quarter inch drop created with a special tool, the drop from the outer edge into the inside of the frame towards the picture giving an enhanced and unique traditional look. The pictures are lined with faux leather in black or olive green with a special 3/16 inch wood filet created with a unique look having striations that match the look of the quarter sawn white oak frame.
Our prints are made with the finest giclee machines on special art paper or canvas. The process is done with much higher resolution then is available with mass produced lithograph prints.
All finished work comes with a certificate of authenticity and a brief artists biography.
